Our Client a leading sports entertainment company based in Melrose Arch is looking for an Internal Communications Manager (HR) to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support and delivery of all required internal communications and events strategy to drive engagement across our group of entities.
- Internal communications ensure these stories are told first and in a compelling way to our staff, keeping employees up to date with our vision and goals. External communication will ensure our company name is driven and recognised as a brand and preferred employer.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within an internal or corporate communications environment.
- Experience in working with HR teams to drive company culture, Employer Branding (internally and externally).
- Drive EE value proposition.
- Drive events & team buildings.
